We offer 5 different ballrooms accommodating between 8 - 180 persons. Every room is different and an experience in itself - each with its own history, decoration, charm and opportunities.

PLANNING:
Ask for a meeting with us well ahead of the planned date of the event. That way we can have the best possible opportunities to work together and plan the perfect event for you - both in terms of rooms, table setting, decorating, place cards, menus, wine and accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION:
In the case of an event with a minimum of 20 persons the hosts are offered free accommodation in one of our suits, while we offer a special price on accommodation including breakfast for the traveling participants though we must make reservation for periods where everything is booked prior to the order of your event.

FIXED PRICE:
BEST WESTERN Hotel Eyde offers a fixed price per person for any event with a minimum of 20 persons. The price is valid for up to 7 hours from the the welcome drinks to the serving of the midnight snack. In addition an also fixed price is paid for the start every exceeding hour.

CHILDREN:
Children from the age of 0 - 4 dines free of charge, while the price for children from 4 -12  is half of the price of the menu. You can also choose one of our special children menus.
